In the afternoon, head to one of the most gripping sites from the Vietnam War: the Cu Chi Tunnels, a true underground city with over 250 km of tunnels where the Viet Cong fought their resistance against American troops. Exploring this impressive complex offers a unique experience, showing the extreme hardships Vietnamese soldiers faced during the war. Note that some tunnel entrances have been widened for visitors, as most of us would not fit otherwise!

Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta: 130 km - 3h

Depart from your hotel in a private car towards Cai Be to board your Le Bassac junk boat
