Itinerary

  • Welcome by the tour guide upon your arrival at the airport, and transfer by private car to the hotel

    In the afternoon, try cyclo for 1 hour to discover:

    • From the colonial district with its charming architecture, to the avenues lined with greenery
    • Hoan Kiem Lake and its legend and Ngoc Son
    • From the maze of streets teeming with small shops in the heart of the famous and fascinating “old quarter of the 36 corporations” and its famous silk street (Hang Gai)

    Depending on your wish, the evening entertainment will be scheduled either on the 1st day of your arrival or on a following day to be chosen with your guide, depending on the timing of the days in Hanoi

    From Hanoi, travel to the Trang An - a UNESCO World Heritage site of both cultural and natural significance, where a boat trip and cycling awaits

    • Visit Hoa Lu, the site of the country’s first capital, which covered almost three sq km
    • Board a sampan and navigate Trang An River where limestone towers rise above rice fields
    • Bike to the Bich Dong Pagoda and climb the stairs carved into the rock walls. The view from the top is breathtaking and with the climb. If timing allows, continue biking through the countryside to the Thai Vi temple in Tam Coc
    • Visit Mua Cave and enjoy wonderful relaxation on the top of Mua Cave mountain with a majestic world around you
    • In the late afternoon, transfer back to Hanoi

    A dream setting that makes Halong Bay to be classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Let yourself be charmed aboard a magnificent traditional-style junk, with one night on board. A romantic and unforgettable getaway!

    Ha Long means the “descent of the dragon”. According to legend, a dragon descended into the bay to tame the sea currents. With the violent movements of its tail, it cut deeply into the mountain. Then, he plunged into the sea. The water level rose, revealing only the highest peaks

    Ha Long day 1:

    • Embarkation on the junk boat at the Ha Long port to start the cruise
    • Lunch at the onboard restaurant with delicious seafood caught in the bay

    • Immerse yourself in the grottoes and subterranean river system of the renowned Phong Nha cave and the Thien Duong cave (Paradise cave), which is the largest complex of caves found in the world
    • Visit animal rescue center and botanical garden in the Phong Nha National Park
    • Enjoy the chocolate coffee made by the wife of Mr Ho Khanh, who is known as the King of Cave Kingdom. He discovered the biggest cave in the world - Son Doong. If lucky you will have the chance to meet him

  • Phong Nha - Vinh Moc - Phuoc Tich - Hue: 200 km - 5h

    After breakfast, start your journey to Dong Hoi, following the sea to Cua Tung Beach, take a coffee break and inhale the refreshing sea breeze

    • Reach Vinh Moc tunnel and witness the refuge area of some 400 North Vietnamese refugees during the bombing operation “Rolling Thunder” (which lasted more than 2000 days). You will learn more about the Vietnam War and how the people lived during those hard days
    • Drive back to Dong Ha for a lunch break
    • Visit the village of Phuoc Tich
    • Drive back to Hue, which has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site

    • The making of incense sticks will no longer be a secret to you after a stop in a small village near Hue, specializing in this activity
    • Visit the village of Phu Cam, specialized in the making of conical hats, including the “poetry hat”
    • The famous kites of Hue. The passion for kite-flying is deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture

    • Take the Mandarin Road and cross the Cloud Pass for a stunning view of the Lang Co peninsula before heading to Hoi An

    • Discover the Marble Mountains, also known as the “mountain of the five hills”

  • Our driver will pick you up at the hotel for your “Saga Bamboo” day

    • Firstly, you will discover the charming “round basket boat” on which you will sway for a little ride! It’s called Thuyen Thung! It’s made of woven bamboo, made in just one day! Along with a skilled rower, you will glide for 30 minutes on the river. Your rower will show you what skilled hands can create with simple coconut leaves: rings, headdresses, baskets, etc
    • To continue the “bamboo saga”, enter Vo Tan Tan’s bamboo universe! His numerous unique creations are admirable: a life-size electric car made entirely of bamboo, a light and sturdy bamboo bike, bamboo bicycle helmets, not to mention his two-story bamboo house, where a host of bamboo utility objects furnish and decorate the place. Even the iPhone has been given a luxurious personalized bamboo case!

    • Sail down narrow waterways on a local sampan and observe productive rice fields, fruit orchards, and historic buildings
    • Soak up the vibrant atmosphere at the colourful floating market of Cai Be
    • Arrive in Sa Dec, a Venetian-style settlement with properties on the water
    • Enjoy your lunch on board while the boat cruises to Can Tho through a canal. A small boat rowed by local people will bring you to discover the rural areas in Mekong Delta
    • Before sunset, you come to an ancient house which was built in 19th century and have dinner in this authentic style house

    • Later on, cruise towards Victoria Can Tho and disembark at the hotel’s private jetty

    Direct transfer by private car to Rach Gia to take the fast boat towards Phu Quoc. Welcome by the hotel driver and transfer to the hotel
